About our Traveling Hat Bar

What is a hat bar event or party?

We bring all of our blank hats and large variety of hat accessories to the location of your choice. Invite friends or organize an event with guests and they are able to create their own hat with as many or as little accessories as they would like! Whether you're a seasoned designer or a beginner looking for a fun and fashionable activity, our traveling hat bar promises an unforgettable experience filled with creativity camaraderie and, or course, hats!

How it works:

*Guests can choose a blank hat or a hat that has a pre-burned design from our collection of felt, vegan suede and wool hats.

*Browse our wide selection of accessories to make it a custom creation. Our accessories include: various styles and colors of fabric and cording, hat pins, hand painted hat cards, feathers of various colors and sizes, dried flowers, branding iron service to add names or initials, leather feather hat bands, leather flower hat clips and so much more! 

*A hat stylist will then help your guests put their creation together and secure all of the accessories in place.

*Guests can purchase their custom creation and take it home with them to show it off to family and friends!

Pricing:

*Within 0-60 miles of 78666: party of 5 guests minimum. $150
*61-120 miles of 78666: party of 15 guests minimum, $350

Pricing of items:
*Blank hats range from $75-$90
*Pre-burned hats range from $75-$130
*Add on hat accessories range from $2-$75
*Average cost of a blank hat with several accessories runs approximately $110.

*Host/Hostess will receive one FREE styled hat*

*Charity events will receive one free styled hat and 10% of proceeds will be donated to the event's cause.*
