About our Traveling Hat Bar
We bring all of our blank hats and large variety of hat accessories to the location of your choice. Invite friends or organize an event with guests and they are able to create their own hat with as many or as little accessories as they would like!
How it works:
1. Book Your Event
Gather your friends, family or coworkers and choose a date and place for your hat bar. I'll bring the hats accessories, and displays, tables and space need to be provided by the host or event space.
2. I Bring the Hat Bar to You
On the day of the event, I set up everything needed to style custom hats. Setup and tear-down are handled by me, so you just get to enjoy the experience.
3. Choose Your Blank Hat
Guests start by picking from a selection of high quality blank hats in different colors.
4. Pick Your Accessories
Each hat includes up to 3 accessories- think bands, chains, feathers, charms and more. Want extra? Additional accessories and handmade/handpainted feather bands, flower clips, etc are available to purchase for $10-$30 each.
5. Get Styled On Site
Hats are styled during event, so guests leave with a ready-to-wear, one-of-a-kind creation.
Pricing:
Setup
*Local (Within 0-60 miles of 78666): $250, minimum of 5 guests required
*Extended (61-120 miles of 78666): $400, minimum of 15 guests required
* Non-refundable due at booking. Includes up to 2 hours of event time. Additional hours $100/hour if scheduling allows. Set up and tear-down are not counted toward your event time.
Pricing of hats:
Hats are $115 each and include up to 3 accessories. Extra accessories will be available to purchase if guest chooses to do so.
*Host/Hostess will receive a free styled hat with up to 3 accessories.
*Charity events will receive one free styled hat OR 10% of proceeds will be donated to the event's cause.*
